Ordering Info:

Show Orders: You can call us up to one week before the show that we are attending and place your order for delivery to the show. Save Shipping Cost! Our show schedule is posted on our website. All show sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted.

C.O.D. Orders: All C.O.D. orders are welcomed. A C.O.D. fee of $9.00 will be added to your order. C.O.D. orders over $300.00 will be sent certified check or money order Only. All refused C.O.D. orders will be considered canceled.

Backorders: All parts that are out of stock at the time of an order will be placed on backorder and shipped out to complete the order as soon as received. If you do not want an item backordered, please tell us at the time of your order.

Gift Certificates: We offer gift certificates in any amount of the person who has or needs anything.

Shipping Info:

~We use several different shipping companies to assure you that your parts will arrive in good condition and in a timely manner. Our companies are UPS, United States Postal Service, and Truck Freight companies.

~Some larger parts (package tray, rear seat cardboard, long moldings) are considered oversized and will have an oversize charge applied at the time of shipping. Others may require special packing to insure it's safe delivery and an additional charge will be applied.

~Truck freight orders MUST be inspected at the time of Delivery BEFORE you sign the freight bill. If there is damage, refuse the shipment. The freight company will contact us and we can make arrangements for a replacement shipment. If you accept a shipment with damages, the shipment is YOURS!

~Damages by UPS should be called (1-800-742-5877) into the carrier for a claim to be issued. This has to be done within 24 hours! Please keep all packing materials and box for inspection by carrier.

~If a shortage occurs, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.


~No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All returns should be within 30 days of invoice. Returns will not be processed without a Copy of the Invoice. No Invoice No Credit. With an explanation. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged back to the customer.

~ALL returns have to be unused and in re-saleable condition. Any part that has been altered in any way will not be returnable. All literature, stencil kits, electrical parts, and special orders are not returnable.

~All refunds will be credited back to the credit card that it was charged to or a credit will be issued for an exchange. No shipping charges will be refunded.


Hinshaw's will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failures or any other consequential damage arising from any cause whatsoever, nor for the labor, transportation or any other damages incurred in the replacement or repair of a defective item. We shall not be liable for personal or mechanical damage caused by the use or misuse of products. Not responsible for typographical or production errors. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
